The genius here is that this book distinguishes what REALLY matters in business. I'm not sure you'd find these even after many years at Wharton. The author presents these secrets simply, so you can start using them right now. In particular, he describes one idea that is already getting me results in my business relationships (it's Secret #11...). The section entitled "1,000 Nuggets" could be an entire book in itself. Read with an open mind and enjoy.

I particularly loved the part in the last chapter, where you ask "What do you think about that?" It gave me a chance to pause and really think about it... before reading on. All the friends I have and have ever had in my life came to mind before I realized that my one true friend is my life partner, my true soul mate. We have been together for eight amazing years, working together as architect and builder (I am the architect), playing music together, and traveling as much as possible together. We live on the Big Island of Hawai'i in a house we designed and built together.

Dear Clint Arthur, .....

Wow.  In one word.... wow!!  I started your book last evening, late, could not quit reading-- sent emails to my daughter strongly suggesting she urge my grandson, Jason, age 18, read it.  He is recovering from leukemia wanting passionately to attend M.I.T.  In conversation with her this morning, in discussing it's relevance  I decided to finish reading it before I did another thing today.  You are my new role model.   At age 70-- and a retired minister-- I absolutely love the work you have done.
